HEM500
 The
HEM500 uses the TE500 series drifter. With
the different configurations of the TE500
you can install:
- 30mm to 52mm Injection Anchors (IBO bars)
- Blast holes up to 3 1/2” in production
- DX geothermal wells, 3” with depths
to 100’
- Rock Bolting and Soil Nails-Tiebacks
HEM500 drill package includes the following items:
- HEM excavator mounting bracket
- HCF or PCF
feed system, up to 14.5’ drill travel
- TE500 hydraulic
percussion drill
- JB779 nitrogen charging kit TE300 accumulators
- HP360 hydraulic

- Machine must be plumbed with auxiliary hammer

- HEM500 requires 40 GPM @ 2250 PSI
- HEM500DR requires 47 GPM @ 2250 PSI
- Best on 20 ton excavators
- Flushing medium to clear holes (air or water)
- Auxiliary hydraulic cooler recomended for
production drilling
