TE500
The
TE500 is a hydraulic rotary percussion drill available with multiple
configurations. It can be used to drill holes from 2 1/4" to
4" in diameter. It has a sealed chuck end that keeps debris
and flushing water out of the drill while sealing in the lubrication.
The TE500 has large accumulators to control hydraulic shock mounted
on the side of the cylinder for easy service. The hammer runs in
special metal-alloyed bushings for extended service life and the
bushings are double-sealed at both ends to protect the hydraulic
system from contamination. Large diameter porting between the valve
and cylinder block reduce friction and pressure loss.
TE500 is available with the following shank adaptors:
- 1.50" rope thread
- T38 or T45
- Ischebeck Titan 30mm, 40mm and 52mm
The following flushing options are available with
the TE500:
- Blow tube through the piston
- Water/air swivel, replaces end-cap
- Grout swivel separate from the drill to
keep grout from entering the rotation housing
The TE500 is available with single or dual motor drive
(TE500DR or TE500HT), also available in a very high torque version
delivering torque up to 10,000lb/ft.
