Purchase of Spare Parts

  • Quoted prices are firm for 30 days (factory acceptance of 45 days). Prices are firm through delivery unless on extended factory order schedule.
  • Truck freight will be sent freight prepaid and bill or collect to the customer.
  • Minimum order that can be charged is $20 (twenty dollars).
  • Returned parts are subject to return authorization and inspection.
  • Warranty amounts limited to original invoice amount.
  • Restocking charge of 15% applies on returned parts based on original invoice cost.
  • Custom designed or reworked parts subject to workmanship warranty only and may not be restocked.
  • Orders drop shipped to end user only with prior arrangements.
  • First time orders will be sent C.O.D. or credit card.
  • 2% Finance Charge per month will be charged on accounts over 45 days.
  • Open accounts with invoices over 60 days will be placed on C.O.D. or Credit Card.

Purchase of Machines or Attachments

  • Requires 50% deposit with a signed order, balance due on delivery (with approved credit).
