- TEI new products for 2008. See what’s new, what’s in the works and what’s still on the drawing board from TEI in 2009. New rigs and drill heads from Beretta and EuroDrill will also be shown.
- Product Presentations from preferred vendors;
- ADSC Membership Mike Moore is coming from ADSC headquarters to explain the
benefits of membership in the worlds largest foundation trade association.
- Schnabel Engineering, Allen Cadden
- BROKK remote controlled machines, Lars Lindgren
- ECP Earth Contact Products Jeff Tulley will talk about his new micropile system
- Geothermal Drilling Long time TEI friend and customer Sam Bandimere will give a presentation about his experience in the geothermal market. This will be great information for anyone looking to get into this new market.
- United States 179 schedule tax depreciation for 2008. Are you taking advantage of this one-time opportunity to write off equipment?
11:30-Noon - Holiday Inn Express
12-4pm - TEI Rock Drills
- Tour facility, see how TEI products are produced, tested and shipped. Also during this time there will be equipment demonstrations in the TEI yard and our technicians will assemble the TE250 and TE300 drifters.
6:30pm - Holiday Inn Express (lobby)
- Vans departing for TEI factory and BBQ
Thursday, October 9
Classes and Demonstrations, Spouse Tour, Evening Dinner
8:30am - 11:30am Holiday Inn Express (Jordan Room)
- FHWA Hollow bar study Tom Bird from Williams Form will explain this study and the massive impact it will have on TEI customers regarding hollow bars for permanent anchors. TEI will be one of the test sites during the open house.
- Hydraulic Drifters 101 Glenn Patterson will explain what makes a hydraulic drifter hammer and how to maintain your drifter in top condition.
- Use of hollow bar anchors for retaining walls in Telluride. Terry Burnell will give a power point presentation covering the bidding, installation and collection regarding his work with a TEI excavator drill HEM300HT. Terry will show how he installs the foundations and builds the retaining walls for custom homes in Telluride, Colorado.
11:30am - Noon Holiday Inn Express
12:00pm – 4:00pm - TEI Rock Drills
- More equipment demonstration at TEI’s yard, or
- Visit local job site, or
- Customer operation of field equipment
6:30pm - Holiday Inn Express (lobby)
- Vans leave for The Bridges. This will be an entire evening of socializing, dinner and dancing.
Friday, October 10
Open House is over, Golf Outing for those whishing to stay!
SPECIAL NOTES
- Breakfasts are provided daily at the Holiday Inn Express.
- Equipment can be demonstrated at any time, just let us know what you would like to see.
- Spouse tours Wednesday and Thursday. Sign up Tuesday night at the reception.
- Bring work clothes if you would like to operate any of the equipment.
- All dinners and functions are casual dress.
