TEI Misting System
Misting is used to keep the dust down when using air to flush the hole. It is also used when encountering wet and sticky clays.
Introducing a small amount of water to the air stream can reduce dust by up to 95%. This can be used with top hammers, down hole hammers and drag or roller bits. The water pump is pneumatic and which draws it's power from the air-line. To use the TEI misting system simply plug your air-line into the misting unit and then put another hose from the misting unit to the drill. There are flow and pressure controls on the misting unit to regulate the delivery of water into the air-line.
